Shipping Policy

  • Orders are set to sail within 24 – 48 working hours. Some orders can take longer, depending on the availability, will be conveyed prior to shipping to the client.
  • Order deliveries pan India, occur within 3 – 8 working days.
  • For international orders, deliveries may take up to 18-20 working days.
At the time of order delivery

If you think you have received the product in a poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order. Also, connect with our care team mentioning your order ID and we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Payment Method

You can pay via all major VISA or RazorPay credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted only in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of your purchase. Duties and taxes are included in the price itself.

When do I have to self ship the product to Aynorah?

Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility in case of returns. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our care team, we will share the address for return.

For perfect delivery

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

  • Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  • Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  • Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

Note: We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. If product packaging is damaged during delivery, contact customer care at aynorahjewels@gmail.com with product photo with package and unboxing video.

How do I check the status of my order ?

How are orders placed on Aynorah delivered to me?

All orders placed on Aynorah are dispatched through one of our courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Speed Post etc.

Does Aynorah deliver products outside India?

Yes. The charges and delivery time varies based on the country.

Cancellation and Modifications
What is Aynorah Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account on your request. You can also cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made in the given time for each mode. 

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at aynorahjewels@gmail.com
