Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
We have a customer-friendly 24-hours* return and 48-hours exchange policy.
In case of request for return or refund, ensure the request comes with an unboxing video(mandatory) and attached photos of the product with the packaging. Also, please email us at aynorahjelwels@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. The product for return/exchange has to be sent to us on client’s expense.
*Return/Refund request should be placed within 24 hours of product receipt. Any request beyond the specified time frame will not be considered.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after client submits the photos of the product, in which the reason for refund is clearly seen. Refund will be issued only in case of damaged/defective product received at client’s end. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
- You have to raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can raise an exchange request by writing to us on aynorahjewels@gmail.com.
- Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note. In case of higher value exchange, additional amount can be paid at the time of checkout.
- Return or Exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
